Refunds
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason please reach out to us at cowork@perchcarlisle.com. We will work with you to reschedule or refund your booking. We offer a full refund if canceled 7 days in advance and credit toward future bookings up to 24 hours before your booking. Bookings not canceled 24 hours in advance are charged full price.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one week.
